Jaw, Temples & Neck Reset

This is the first and foundational lesson of our Myo Face & Body Connection Self Massage Course.

This lesson is built on years of hands-on clinical practice and real work with hundreds of clients. The techniques you will learn are not abstract theory  - they are practical methods refined through direct experience, observation and professional bodywork application.

We begin where real tension lives  -in the large structural muscles: the masseter, temporalis, scalp aponeurosis and the front of the neck. When these areas stay in chronic contraction, they shape facial tension patterns, jaw tightness and emotional holding.

This lesson includes:

• A short, clear theory on how emotional patterns influence muscle tension.

• A focused anatomy breakdown so you understand what you are working with.

• A 20-minute guided practical release for the jaw, temples, scalp and neck.

• A closing meditation designed to help your nervous system integrate a new, relaxed pattern.

First we release.

Then we retrain the body to recognize relaxation as safe and natural.

This is the essential starting point before moving into more detailed facial work.
