DAY 1
Structural Body Integration (5 hours)
The first day of training begins with the core principle of the Myo Method Face & Body Connection.
The method is based on a simple idea that is often overlooked in modern bodywork: the body and emotional state function as one interconnected system.
In everyday life many people gradually lose awareness of their own bodies. Signals such as tension, fatigue, compression, or shallow breathing often become familiar and are ignored while daily activity continues on “autopilot”.
Over time this may lead to muscular tension becoming habitual and persistent, while the body begins to reflect accumulated reactions rather than present conditions.
Within the Myo Method approach practitioners learn to observe these muscular patterns and work with them through precise manual techniques.
The goal is not to “fix” the body, but to help restore structural balance and reduce unnecessary muscular holding patterns.
Practical section
Focus on structural bodywork and myopressure techniques.
Myopressure is a manual technique that works with zones of muscular tension and fascial compression through controlled targeted pressure.
Participants learn to:
• identify muscular tension zones
• apply targeted pressure and fascial compression techniques
• work with postural imbalances and restricted movement patterns
• release tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper body
• integrate breathing and lymphatic techniques into bodywork protocols
For estheticians the training focuses primarily on upper body integration including the neck, shoulders, and décolleté.
For massage therapists the protocol may expand to full body structural work depending on professional scope of practice.
Theory section
The training day begins with a concise theoretical section introducing the structural principles behind the method.
This includes functional anatomy, fascia chains, posture analysis, and an overview of how long-term behavioral habits and stress responses may influence patterns of muscular tension in the body.
DAY 2
Facial Structural Work (5 hours)
Practical section
Focus on advanced facial techniques and buccal intra-oral work.
Participants learn to:
• work with facial and cranial neuromuscular zones
• perform myofascial release for the face and neck
• apply advanced buccal intra-oral techniques
• address muscular tension patterns commonly associated with jaw tightness and TMJ discomfort
• integrate lymphatic techniques to support tissue balance
The practical part is conducted on a model under direct instructor supervision.
Theory section
The second training day begins with a focused theoretical introduction to facial anatomy, neuromuscular structures of the face, and the functional relationship between facial muscles, posture, and breathing patterns.
The theoretical section also briefly explores how habitual expressions, long-term behavioral patterns, and stress responses may contribute to the development of facial muscular tension over time.
The Myo Method – Face & Body Connection
Developed by Dr. Natalia (PhD) and Aleksei, Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), the Myo Method Face & Body Connection is based on more than fifteen years of professional practice in manual therapy, facial work, and structural bodywork.
The method combines precise myofascial and neuromuscular techniques with mindful touch and breath awareness. Through this integrated approach, practitioners learn to work with muscular tension patterns that are often influenced by posture, breathing habits, and long-term stress responses.
Rather than focusing only on isolated muscles, the method approaches the face and body as a single interconnected system. Facial tension, body posture, fascial chains, and breathing patterns are viewed as parts of one functional structure.
During sessions many clients begin to notice how long-standing habits, emotional reactions, or postural patterns may be reflected in the way their muscles hold tension.
The method does not involve psychotherapy or psychological treatment. Instead, it focuses on creating the physical conditions in which the body can release unnecessary muscular tension and restore a more balanced functional state.

This is a comprehensive two-day private one-on-one professional training presenting the complete Myo Method Face & Body Connection system.
Unlike single-technique workshops, this program integrates advanced facial and body techniques into a cohesive structural approach.
The training introduces the core principles of the Myo Method Face & Body Connection, which views the face and body as parts of a unified functional system.
Participants learn to observe muscular tension patterns not only as isolated physical contractions, but also as part of broader postural, breathing, and behavioral habits that shape the way tension is held in the body over time.
Within the program you will learn:
• external and intra-oral facial techniques
• advanced buccal facial work
• myofascial release for the face, neck, and cranial structures
• facial and body integration through fascial chains
• structural assessment and tension mapping
• clinical reasoning and individualized protocol design
For estheticians the training focuses primarily on upper body, neck, and décolleté integration.
For massage therapists the protocol may expand to full body structural work depending on professional scope of practice.
-
The training is delivered one-on-one in the following formats:
• live online
