Unlike single technique intensives this program integrates advanced buccal technique nasal work full facial sculpting myofascial release and structural body integration into one cohesive system.

The method views the face and body as one interconnected functional structure where posture breathing fascial chains and stress related tension patterns influence overall tissue balance.

Within the program you will learn:

• External and intra oral facial techniques

The program is delivered one on one either live online or in person in San Diego ensuring complete individual focus across both days.

Day 1 focuses on myofascial facial massage and advanced buccal techniques. Duration 5 hours.

You will learn to:

• Work with facial and cranial neuromuscular zones and major head muscles

• Perform myofascial release for the face and neck to support tone mobility and tissue responsiveness

• Apply techniques for jaw tension commonly associated with TMJ discomfort

• Perform a complete buccal intra oral massage protocol

• Integrate manual lymphatic drainage for the face

• Understand how structural and myofascial work may indirectly influence skin appearance tissue quality and visible age related changes

This day includes a focused theoretical section on facial anatomy and fascia mapping followed by full practical implementation on a live model under direct supervision.

Day 2 focuses on Myopressure and structural body integration. Duration 5 hours.

Myopressure is a targeted bodywork method working with muscles fascia and joints through precise pressure techniques to release tension and improve mobility.

You will learn to:

• Identify muscular tension zones and trigger areas

• Apply precise pressure and fascial compression techniques

• Work with postural imbalances and restricted movement patterns

• Perform structural release for platysma SCM and trapezius

• Integrate breathing and lymphatic techniques into a cohesive protocol

For estheticians the focus is on upper body neck and décolleté integration. For massage therapists the protocol may expand to full body structural work.
